SERVICES INCLUDE:
-Meeting with homeowner to assess home and formulate a room by room plan to make the most out of each space.
-This detailed look through a “Buyer's Eye” takes around 2 hours and can include ideas on furniture layout, curb appeal, interior and exterior paint colors, focal point artwork and accessories, window treatments, lighting fixtures, as well as, other tips of the staging trade.
-During this walk through discussion, the designer types up a report on what to add, remove, or change in each space.
-Both the homeowner and realtor are emailed a prioritized staging suggestion sheet and recommended contractor list upon consult completion.
*PRICING IS $300 FOR HOMES THAT ARE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE GRAND RAPIDS AREA
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING DESIGN EXECUTION
SERVICES INCLUDE:
-Home staging consultation meeting and report
- Execution - Designer will return to position your furniture, art and accessories to promote a favorable, emotional response from the potential buyers. The goal is to maximize your sales potential and improve your market position. This service is available after the initial verbal consultation.
-This service is charged on an individual basis as each property is very different. Nested Home is happy to provide you with a quote keeping in mind we can do as little or as much as you want.
PHOTO READY QUICKIE: VACANT HOME
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- This package is perfect for clients who need to get their home stage ready for a real estate photographer and first open house or list date. Initial meeting at the home to assess the space and formulate design plan
- Furnishing and accessorizing three main rooms typically include; living room, dining room, and primary bedroom for a 2 week rental
- Adding smaller accessories to the entry, kitchen & bathrooms
- Oversee the un-staging of the house once it sells

STAGE READY: PARADE, MODEL, AND VACANT HOMES
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Initial meeting at the home to assess the space and formulate design plan
- Furnishing and accessorizing three main rooms, usually the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom
- Adding smaller accessories to the entry, kitchen & bathrooms
- Coordinating with a professional photographer to capture the best impressions of the home once the staging is complete for an additional fee
- Oversee the un-staging of the house once it sells

INTERIOR DESIGN/STYLING CONSULT WITH PINTEREST BOARD
SERVICES INCLUDE:
-Meeting with the client in the space for up to 2 hours to identify function style, layout, and budget.
-Designer sources items and ideas online, independently, to create the feel and function the client desires.
-Designer adds these finds to a personalized Pinterest board which is emailed to the client for review and purchase at their leisure.
